Mobile homes are fantastic value for money, whether you are looking to purchase a cheap mobile home or a top of the range model, each are a very inexpensive way of sorting out housing needs.

All mobile homes for sale have a fully functional kitchen like any domestic house would have; each kitchen has a cooker with hob (usually gas), sink with drainer, space for a fridge and ample kitchen cupboards.  The more expensive models can also have washing machines, dish washers and fridge freezers.

All mobile homes for sale have a living room with either fixed seating or a 3 piece suite, fireplace with gas or electric fire and TV /display cabinets. Each mobile home also has a dinning area with table and chairs.

The mobile homes for sale with us either have 2 or 3 bedrooms, the usual layout is a main double bedroom (some models will have an en-suite adjacent to the double room) and either 1 or 2 twin rooms which have 2 single beds in each.

Each mobile home will have a shower room with a toilet and sink. Some models will have a second toilet separate to the shower room too. Hot water is powered from a gas boiler usually installed in the kitchen.

 Another common use for mobile homes is as temporary living accommodation whilst you build your dream home.  The mobile homes would be delivered to the un-built plot, as they have wheels they can be towed anywhere on the site that you wish them to be situated at. Once the build is complete the mobile home can then either be sold back to ourselves or onto a 3rd party and transported away with ease.  This way you will always get money back on your purchase rather than renting accommodation which would be money down the drain! Another great reason for a mobile home is that you are constantly on site to ensue the build is going to plan.
